LCSW Exam Preparation
The National Association of Social Workers offers Licensed Clinical Social Worker Exam Preparatory Courses twice a year (Spring and Fall). Each session is worth 6 hours of CE credit. The Sessions are intense and informative, and the responses have been very positive.

at McKimmon Conference and Training Center

Fees and Cancellation Information:
Registration fees start at $88 for NASW Members and $119 for non-members. If you are registered and unable to attend, you may select from one of the following options:
Registration/check-in begins at 9:30 a.m. Session will begin at 10:00 a.m. The class has limited seating, please register early. Attendees will receive a certificate of attendance reflecting five (5) hours of continuing education. Dress is casual. Lunch is on your own. If you need special accommodations, please notify us at least 3 weeks prior to the Prep Session.
Participants receive a pre-test that should be completed before the workshop. At the workshop, each attendee will receive a study guide and other preparation materials.

About the Presenter:
Tanya Richmond, MSW, LCSW, has been practicing psychotherapy for over 12 years. She earned a BA in Psychology with a minor in Anthropology and Spanish as well as an MSW from Louisiana State University. She earned her LCSW in NC in 1996. Tanya has worked with the elderly, deaf, children with special needs, and rape crisis. She currently works for the Center for Aging Research and Educational Services (CARES), which is part of the Jordan Institute for Families, UNC-CH as their Training and Program Development Specialist.
