Can’t attend a conference? NC Social Workers can earn up to 20 hours of CE via online studies.

Home Study/Self Study

When it comes to continuing education, details matter.  The licensing board will need the correct kinds of documentation verifying your attendance in the case of a CE audit.  As a CE provider, NASW-NC will issue you a certificate of completion for the program you completed. Ethics hours, if any, will be noted on the certificate. The chapter can also provide qualifications of instructors, social work consultants and continuing education personnel who develop and implement the course if needed.
