Learning Objectives:
1)     Introduce the concept of "Two Worlds” and explore the changes in cognition impact a soldier's ability to resume pre-war roles within their families and broader community.
2)    A review of PTSD with a focus on symptomotology from WWII to the modern wars OEF/OIF/OND.
3)    Explain the concept of "Moral Injury” and discuss the challenges in reconciling conflicts in their belief/emotional/spiritual systems as they attempt to transition home.
4)    Share tools including use of metaphor, creativity, humor; the importance of the "story.” Inform all on the benefits of   Cognitive Processing Therapy, an evidenced based modality for trauma recovery.
