Presenter

Mark O’Donnell is a Program Manager and LME Liaison for the Department of Health and Human Services Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities and Substance Abuse Services. In this capacity, he works with the Mecklenburg and Coastal Care LME’s in addition to other LME’s across the state. Prior to this, he was the State Director for the Mental Health Association in Hawaii. Mr. O’Donnell holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Hawaii. In addition, he is the father of two adopted children, both of whom experienced mental health and substance abuse challenges, a factor which lead him to this field.
