The 2019 Cone Health Weight Loss Symposium *Day Conference* welcomes Angela Fitch, MD., associate of the prestigious Massachusetts General Hospital and Assistant Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School.

The goals of the symposium are to discuss various topics related to the care of the bariatric patient. These topics will include medical management and weight loss, nutritional needs, psychological outcomes, treatment/surgical options, post-operative follow-up needs after surgery and improving outcomes with exercise. Please join us for this educational event featuring the most relevant information encompassing the science of surgery, clinical care perspectives, surgical interventions and the prevention and management of obesity.

  • State two nutritional recommendations for the bariatric/metabolic surgery patient pre-operatively and post-operatively
