NASW-NC Member of the Week: Jenny Wade

This week's NASW-NC Member of the Week is Jenny Wade... congratulations, Jenny!

Jenny Wade is a licensed clinical social worker and social justice advocate. Jenny earned a Bachelor's in Psychology in 2002 and began her career in substance use treatment. In 2008 Jenny earned a Bachelor degree in theatre to combine her love of theatre and the helping profession. Jenny has worked in the theatre community in Charlotte, NC as well as in substance abuse prevention. In 2012 Jenny earned her MSW at UNC Charlotte. Jenny has been proudly serving Veterans at the Salisbury VA since 2014. She is most proud of her work with the NASW NC Equity and Inclusion Committee and her work with Race Matters for Juvenile Justice in Charlotte.
