Social work has always been the backbone of addressing our societal challenges, but we must ask: who is advocating for the well-being of social workers themselves? This is a call for genuine leadership, not just those with titles, but also those who truly understand the weight of this responsibility. It's time to reclaim the significance of social work and the incredible power possessed by everyone committed to this cause—licensed or not, social worker or not. Come and set aside our burdens and embrace our leadership roles with purpose, efficiency, and a focus on restoration Presenter: JenDina Bowers JenDina Bowers (she/they) is a workplace culture consultant and social activist. JenDina Bowers (she/they/we), has served in the workplace culture industry of public service for over 10 years and remains steadfast in their mission to create equitable, just, and brave spaces through restorative practices. Starting out in Social Work, JenDina has held various roles in public service entities, working with various life-changing case scenarios. Over time, JenDina began to see there was something missing in the work she was doing and that was connection, communication, and coaching. Thus, with JenDina’s background in Psychology, Social Work, Public Administration, and Leadership JenDina gets to demonstrate their true nature as a "community harmonizer" serving the Founder and Chief Workplace Impact Partner at Sky Infiniti. JenDina collaborates with organizations to share the secret of empowering everyone: “helping those who serve, to be well, so they can serve well.”
