Topic: Using the Wellness Wheel with Self and Clients for Targeted Care This presentation will briefly overview the Wellness Inventory Wheel’s 12 dimensions and suggest ways the Wheel can be utilized alone, as with coaching, or as an adjunct to traditional therapy. The differences between coaching and therapy will be discussed. Wellness dimensions include Self-Responsibility and Love, Breathing, Sensing, Eating, Moving, Feeling, Thinking, Playing and Working, Communicating, Intimacy, Finding Meaning, and Transcending. Participants will leave with a greater awareness of the Wellness Inventory Wheel and its dimensions, ideas about possible utilization of the inventory components with clients, and information about training and certification.
