Topic: Mind/Body Tools for Stressful Times

This presentation will include simple mind/body tools to deal with stress gleaned from Somatic Experiencing and Polyvagal Therapy. Participants will learn practical, in-the-moment strategies to regulate their nervous systems and manage stress in everyday life situations.

Presenter: Kathy Murray

Kathy Murray is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner in Chapel Hill, NC. She has over 20 years past experience working as a Behavioral Health Specialist in the Duke Diet and Fitness Center in Durham and now has her own Solo Private Practice offering telehealth services in North Carolina.

Students: FREE

Non-members: $22.50

Once you pay, your money cannot be refunded and it will be your responsibility to find someone to take your spot if you can no longer attend.

CE: 1.5 hours. Proof of attendance for CE will be distributed via email within one week after the event.

Those registering as students will not receive CE for this event.
