City of Durham Social Work Month Proclamation

On Monday, March 6, the City of Durham proclaimed March to be Social Work Month at the Durham City Council meeting.

Thank you to City of Durham Mayor Elaine O'Neal for proclaiming March to be Social Work Month in Durham.

Thank you to Durham City Council member Dr. Monique Holsey-Hyman who is a social worker, faculty member at North Carolina Central University AND member of NASW-NC for asking the Mayor and City Council to proclaim Social Work Month and asking NASW-NC to accept the proclamation.
