The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NC DHHS) is requesting that Medicaid providers who work with families involved with child welfare complete the NCDSS Statewide Assessment Stakeholder Survey. The survey solicits feedback about your unique experience and opinions about North Carolina’s statewide child welfare system as a Medicaid Provider. It takes 5-10 minutes to complete the survey. Once completed, results from the surveys will be utilized to help improve the safety, permanency, and well-being of North Carolina’s children and families. The survey will close on Nov. 17, 2023.
Please note, at the end of the survey (Question 14) you will have the opportunity to indicate if you are willing to attend a one-and-a-half-hour virtual focus group to provide the state with additional information as it pertains to your work with local Departments of Social Services, if you are interested please provide your name and email when responding to Question 15.
