NC HealthConnex: Adding Social Work Data Fields

NCHealthConnex reached out to NASW-NC to inform us they will be rolling out a new user role for the NC HealthConnex Portal users across North Carolina. They have released a survey for social workers who are connected to the NC HIEA to help them identify which data fields in the patient chart would be most important to social workers.

Dear NC HIEA Participants,

We are excited to announce that we are expanding our services for the NC HealthConnex Clinical Portal . Later this year, our team will release four new user roles for specific provider types.

As we prepare for these new roles, we would appreciate your feedback in a short survey. Please follow this link to select the data fields that your team might find most helpful when searching for and accessing patient information.

Our team is committed to responding to the voice of our participants and shaping our services to best meet their needs. Please respond on or before Friday, March 29, 2024, to give us time to review your responses. 

Your input will help us better develop the tools you can use in your daily workflows to enhance care delivery and meet the needs of your patients.
