The NC DHHS Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities and Substance Use Services has launched a new opportunity for Mental Health Block Grant funding. This Request for Applications, titled Community Based Mental Health Initiatives, will focus on projects that enhance mental health supports for various communities, including LGBTQ+ communities, faith-based communities, people over the age of 65, and non-native English speakers.
Eligible organizations who would like to partner with NCDHHS in developing mental health supports in their communities are encouraged to submit an application by September 6, 2024. Visit the DMHDDSUS grant opportunities page for more details.
