2025 Diverse Healthcare Leaders Mentorship Program

The North Carolina Healthcare Foundation (NCHF) is doing its part to counteract the ongoing healthcare workforce crisis by helping build and sustain a highly skilled and diverse workforce. Our Diverse Healthcare Leaders Mentorship Program aims to create a diverse pipeline of healthcare leaders, address challenges in recruitment and promotion for executive-level positions, and better ensure providers and leaders reflect the communities they serve.  

NCHF’s mentees are professionals from underrepresented communities who participate in NCHA-facilitated events that offer inspiring educational opportunities, networking with industry leaders, and one-on-one coaching with a mentor who will serve as a professional ally in career development and advancement.
