If you are submitting more than 1 program, please return to the application page and submit each additional program separately (we allow only 1 program per submission page).

Please allow up to 10 weeks for processing. The Peer Review Board is not able to review applications of events in less than 20 business days from the date submitted.

Should your program be denied endorsement or approval by the Peer Review Board, a $35 processing fee will be taken from your application fee and the remainder of your application fee will be refunded. The Peer Review Board may decide to offer suggestions for a more robust application and the applicant may re-apply. Implementation of these suggestions does not guarantee future endorsement or approval.
